Annual Fees
- Memberships are valid from March 1st to February 28th each year and must be renewed by April 1st to avoid termination. The club does not issue invoices, but renewal notices are typically sent out in early February.
- New members are subject to a one-time sign-up fee of R400 in addition to the annual fees as shown below. The sign-up fee is charged once per group regardless of the number of members joining, and the annual fee portion is prorated quarterly based on the fiscal year.
- Junior membership is available for individuals under 21 years old at the time of signing up or on the first day of the fiscal year when renewing.
- At this time, we are unable to offer a pensioner's discount.
Membership does not grant unrestricted or unsupervised access to the range. Experienced members may seek approval for such activities through our vetted membership process.

- Download the application form.
- Complete and submit the form to info@swpc.co.za.
- We will evaluate your application and provide banking details for payment.
- Pay the required fees and send us proof of payment.
- Receive your membership confirmation electronically (check your spam/junk folder!).
- Familiarise yourself with our rules and disciplines.
- Follow our calendar and participate in events!
