Club Objectives

Somerset West Pistol Club is run by an executive committee (Chairperson, Vice –Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer) elected by our members.
Our objective is to promote and encourage all firearm shooting disciplines as a recreation and a sport.
We organise numerous shoots during the year at a club and a provincial level.
We conduct training courses for Range and Safety Officers and hold development clinics for new shooters.
We also rent out our range to accredited training organisations for competency training of the general public
